If you love the Neighborhood of the Arts in Rochester, then celebrating your wedding day at the intimate Jackrabbit Club is the perfect plan. Located next to Good Luck, this space offers an elegant, blank slate for your small wedding or elopement.

What I love about the Jackrabbit Club is how little is needed to make the space feel complete on a wedding day. Adding in soft lighting through candles or a splash of color with greenery is all you need to do to finish off this space’s charm, elegance, and overall intimate vibes to celebrate the best day with your favorite people.

Haley & Matthew said “I do” on a rainy May day in 2025 but you would never know. She chose to use the brand new getting ready suite on location before having a first look right in the ceremony space before tucking away to surprise her guests.

After their ceremony, we captured wedding party & family portraits before joining cocktail hour and officially greeting their guests. During dinner, toasts were shared, tears were shed, and smiles spread, and we all enjoyed food from one of my favorite kitchens in Rochester. The food at Jackrabbit Club NEVER disappoints.

The space opens up when the curtain is drawn back and your dance floor is ready to go. Encore Events delivered (as they always do!) and the party never wanted to end.

Haley loved the bar in the venue and knew she wanted to include it in her portrait gallery. The space just begs for some fun to be had right there.

When the rain let up, we ventured outside to capture portraits in the neighborhood. I love the street (especially in the fall, like this late October wedding) as well as the green wall and sidewalks under the sign. So if you are wondering where to have your portraits taken at the Jackrabbit Club in Rochester, the answer is everywhere.

There is plenty of variety right on site but you can also wander further into the neighborhood and take advantage of the open space behind the Memorial Art Gallery or even book a time with the MAG to have your photos take there.

If I could, I would choose to photograph weddings at the Jackrabbit Club every weekend. From the beautiful interior, intimate setting, amazing food, and perfect downtown location, you cannot go wrong booking your wedding here.
